Ride tip of the week: Think about pedal stroke! Heels should press down on the down stroke, then flatten your foot on the upstroke. Think about pedaling in a square-shape, not a circle, to emphasize pushing down and pulling up the pedal. Hold your knees outward - don't let them fall toward your bike (it strains your back more if they do.)
