We will ride at a casual pace (approximately 14-16 mph) depending on the will of the group. All women are welcome!

Ride tip of the week: Move slightly forward or backward in your saddle to emphasize different muscle groups. Moving forward emphasizes your quads; moving backward emphasizes hamstrings and glutes. Think about body position the next time you're in a long climb so you can rest some muscles and work others.
Remember body position: Upper body has bent elbows, loose arms, shoulders back and down (not hunched). Lower body has power through heels, legs pressed slightly outward from bike. Legs when pedal is fully extended should be bent from 10-30 degrees, never perfectly straight.
Remember your ABCQ's. See you Monday!
