Century Training Ride #4

Free - Open to current (and potential) club members, and Century registrants.  This is our first ride that includes a few hills.  This is one of the more popular cycling area in Northern Virginia.  Last week we had over 100 cyclists preparing for the Century on our training ride!

Training ride #4

Lifetime Cycle Club and Reston Bike Club are working together to help people prepare for the Reston Bike Century. Our fourth training ride will feature three groups.  The "A" group will average around 19 MPH. The "B" Group will average 16-18 MPH.  The "C" Group will serve both as a training group and a teaching group.  We will focus on how to ride safely in groups. The "C" group will average between 14-16 MPH.  This route is a hilly route than the previous ones.
