HOLIDAY LIGHTS RIDE

For women only

We need to get together for a holiday lights ride. Why?

1. Kelley got a new bike light as a gift and it's only effective in darkness and with friends to admire it (or laugh hysterically - you choose).

2. We miss you!

So here's the deal. On Wednesday evening at 6pm on the 18th of December, we will leave from The Bike Lane for a ride on the W&OD to the Reston Town Center. We'll circle within the Town Center a couple of times for maximum effect, then return to The Bike Lane where we can celebrate riding together. What you need:

1. Your helmet

2. Your bike

3. As many holiday lights as you can get on your bike -- keeping in mind that one of them needs to be a front light angled down so you can see the trail and one needs to be a back red light so people behind you don't run into you.

This will be SLOW and SOCIAL  and less than 5 miles round trip. But Kelley will put as many holiday music favorites as possible on her playlist (feel free to email her to request your favorite) and if we can't sing the "FA-LA-LA-LA-LA's", we'll slow down!

Yes, it will probably be cold. But if you make sure your core is warm, your extremities will stay warm too. Don't miss this one-of-a-kind event! Bring a friend (although she needs to register and sign the waiver).
