Once again, RBC wants to give light sets (front and back) and safety info to service workers and other commuters who need them. We'll be meeting at two locations along the W&OD on two different evenings to do this. If you're comfortable communicating in Spanish, that would be HUGE plus for us. The locations are:
Sunrise Valley & Reston Parkway
W&OD and Fairfax County Parkway
This is for the evening of Friday, October 23. We'll meet at 4:30 pm and give away lights until 6:30pm. There is another registration for Friday, 30 October at the same time.
All COVID-19 precautions will be observed. You MUST wear a mask. We will be observing distancing as much as possible while still trying to engage these vulnerable bicyclists. We'll also have some hand sanitizer available.
