  • Average Speed 15-16.5 MPH

Start Time is 9:00 AM. The weather is not looking very promising this weekend.  I've posted something a little shorter and closer to the trail in the hopes we will have an opportunity of getting a few miles in,  This is a drop ride.   That said, all groups will be on the same route so feel free to join the group behind you.  You are responsible for having the route, carrying a spare tube in case of a flat.   .  First time Non-Club members are welcome.  Questions? Respect the speed range of the group (A, B, C).

  • A Level = 18.5+ MPH Avg
  • B Level = 16.5 - 18.5 MPH Avg
  • C Level = 14 - 16.4 MPH Avg
In the event of a weather cancellation (rain, over 20 mph winds or temperatures below 40)  an email will be sent to all registered riders prior to the start.  Updates will also be posted to the RBC Strava page.


You must sign (or have already signed for 2023) a liability waiver. You can do that HERE. The first ride with us is free. We welcome you to join us on subsequent rides as a member. Membership is $25 per year and you can take care of that HERE.

Reston Bicycle Club welcomes bicycling-related organizations and non-profits to apply for a grant to further their work. The Club will provide up to $1000 per approved grant. Grants are reviewed at the next Executive Board Meeting following the request. Candidates will be informed of grant decision after the meeting.
